Kaiser Permanente is committed to providing quality, convenient care to our members. That’s why we are happy to announce new urgent care hours and locations. On January 2, 2024, Urgent Care will be offered at our Annapolis and Ashburn Medical Centers – by appointment only – Monday through Friday from 3 to 11 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Starting January 2, 2024, members can schedule an appointment by calling the Appointments and Advice Line at 1-800-777-7904 (TTY 711).

Virtual Care
Kaiser Permanente has expanded its virtual care services to include virtual urgent care. Using ‘Get Care Now’, members can speak with a physician for urgent care 24/7 with no appointment needed. To use Get Care Now, visit kp.org/getcare.
