To help members have the best possible experience with Kaiser Permanente, we need a way to reach them. When you provide us with members' current phone numbers, email, and mailing addresses during enrollment, it allows us to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and contact members when a need arises for such things as:
For groups that submit an employee eligibility file, please provide the member-employee’s updated contact information by way of updates in account.kp.org, or by emailing our processing center requesting the updates on employee contacts at CSC-DEN-ROC-Group@kp.org
If the employee is responsible for updating their contact info, they can update it by logging in to their kp.org account or contact Kaiser Permanente Member Services at 1-800-966-5955 (TTY 711), Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m. to noon; except major holidays.
If an employee is new to Kaiser Permanente we encourage them to register on kp.org/newmember to access time-saving tools and resources to help you stay on top of your health.
