Peace of mind when your employees travel with the new travel card

When members receive in-person urgent or emergency care from providers in non-Kaiser Permanente states, including Cigna PPO Network* providers, they should show their digital ID card in the Kaiser Permanente mobile app. It has enhanced details to help members get care. Members can also show their new physical travel card which they will start to receive in mid-November.
