We've simplified the process for making broker of record changes. Although we’ll continue to accept a signed group letterhead authorizing a change, you now have the option to submit your change with our new Broker of Record Change Authorization Form. Once you submit the form, we’ll verify the information and update our records.

Commission
In 2024, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Colorado pays commission:

• Up to $35 per subscriber, per month for Small Group membership
  
• Up to $40 per subscriber per month for Level Funded groups
  
• As a percentage of premium for commissionable Large Group membership.

Please refer to the appropriate broker compensation program above or your group rate proposal for specific details. Broker compensation may also include payments resulting from other bonus/incentive programs offered by Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Colorado.

Incentives*

• Brokers may earn a cash bonus from Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Colorado of up to $200 per subscriber for qualified new groups sold between 1/1/2024 and 12/1/2024

Additional or special compensation
Brokers may qualify for additional or special compensation. Please refer to your agreements for detailed information.
 
Brokers and consultants shall disclose to their clients all commissions and other payments made to them by Kaiser Permanente and Kaiser Permanente Insurance Company in compliance with all legal requirements.
